Why fashion breaks normal ecommerce templates
A standard store assumes a catalogue: many products, stable stock, customers who arrive knowing what they want. A fashion label is frequently the opposite — few products, limited runs, and customers who are buying a position rather than a garment.
Put a label like that into a grid template and the thing that makes it worth the price disappears. The garment becomes a listing. The drop becomes an inventory update.
What we build differently
- Editorial product pages — one garment given the room a gallery would give it, not a thumbnail in a grid
- Drop mechanics — waitlists, timed releases, and pages that hold up when everyone arrives at once
- Returns and exchange systems — the part that decides whether a small team survives its own success
- Cash on delivery, done properly — with an enforced convenience fee, which matters more in India than anywhere
- Lookbooks that are not PDFs
The operations half
Most fashion brands we speak to have a storefront problem and an operations problem, and only know about the first one. Returns handled over WhatsApp, stock tracked in a spreadsheet, refunds issued from memory. The storefront is what customers see; the back office is what determines whether you can grow.

What it costs
An online store starts at ₹20,000; a store with custom systems sits in Flagship at ₹32,500. Every number is published on the pricing page — there is no "request a quote" wall.
Common questions
- Do you work with new fashion labels?
- Yes — most of our clothing clients were pre-launch when we started. A Launch page with a waitlist at ₹7,500 is a reasonable way to open before the full store exists, and it can be built into the store later rather than thrown away.
- Can you build on an existing store platform?
- Yes. We have built custom themes on hosted platforms as well as fully independent storefronts. Which is right depends on whether you need systems the platform cannot express — returns logic and enforced COD fees are the usual reasons to go custom.
- What about product photography?
- We do not shoot. We will tell you honestly what the site needs, and design around what you have — good design cannot rescue bad product photography, and a fashion site lives or dies on it.
The vision, the budget, the references. We reply fast and we will tell you if we are the wrong studio for it.
